Dark Marvel comic book opening sequence, 6 panels, 90s supernatural noir style, cinematic lighting, heavy shadows, muted reds and deep blues, inked lines, film grain.
Panel 1: Wide establishing shot of a cheap roadside motel at dawn. Flickering neon sign, one room light on, empty parking lot with a single motorcycle. Cold blue morning light, desert background, quiet and ominous.
Panel 2: Interior of the motel room. Chaos: empty whiskey bottle on the floor, cigarette butts in an ashtray, clothes scattered everywhere, curtains half-drawn. Dim light through dirty blinds. The bed is occupied but faces are hidden. Stillness.
Panel 3: Close-up on Johnny Blaze's face waking up on the pillow. Bloodshot eyes half-open, grimace of pain, hand pressed to his forehead. Hangover, stubble, messy hair, shadow across his face.
Panel 4: Johnny Blaze sitting up slowly on the edge of the bed, back to the viewer, head in his hands. Bare back, crumpled leather jacket beside him. Subtle motion blur at the edges — the room spins.
Panel 5: Johnny looks over his shoulder at the other side of the bed. His expression shifts from pain to confusion. Foreground: his hand gripping the mattress. Background: a figure sleeping under the sheets, face not visible yet. Building tension.
Panel 6: Johnny's POV — the bed. Scarlet Witch sleeps peacefully under the sheets, dark hair spread on the pillow. On the nightstand: her iconic headpiece. On the chair: her crumpled red bodysuit and magenta cape. Johnny's shocked face in the corner of the frame, jaw slightly open. Cliffhanger.
